A cap designer that turns browsing into B2B quotes.

Neutronium Headwear makes custom caps for brands in its own factory. I designed and built their website, an interactive Cap Designer and the quote pipeline behind it.

Challenge

B2B buyers wanted to see their cap before asking for a price. Static product pages and an email address meant long back-and-forth before any quote.

[Add client context in their words]

Approach

A seven-step Cap Designer lets buyers pick a style, then set crown, brim, trims, artwork and labels, with a live 2D preview. Submitting sends a structured quote request into an admin the team works from.

The site runs on TanStack Start with React 19 and Supabase, deployed automatically through Cloudflare. An AI agent loop handles routine engineering: a Claude Code rule library, custom skills, and CI guards for design-system lint, visual regression screenshots and automated PR review.
